2nd Class p&p (3-5 working days) £4.50

Live nearby? Save on shipping and collect your purchases in person from our flagship Wyle Cop store. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected.

7 - 28 days for a credit note or exchange

Up to 7 days for an exchange or credit note

Clearance (under 1/2 price)
Sorry, at this time we do not accept any returns on items under 1/2 price.

How do I return my item?

In store
Please bring your unworn item back to the shop you purchased it from with your receipt. Done!

Online
If you've ordered something that doesn't work for you, please email us at hello@oberonshrewsbury.co.uk as soon as possible and within 7 days of purchase, with your full name and the name(s) of the item(s) purchased. We can then confirm your return. Please note that we cannot process returns unless you have emailed us to confirm your return.
