How we look after your information

This website belongs to Oberon, three independent shops on Wyle Cop in Shrewsbury. If you have any question about your information, email hello@oberonshrewsbury.co.uk or ring us on 01743 246534.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send you news about new arrivals and events. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

If you use our review page, we collect whatever you choose to type: your rating, your name and email if you give them, and any comments. We use this to reply to you, to put things right, and to run the monthly gift card draw.

If you agree to analytics, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as which pages are popular and whether people found us through Google. We do not use it for advertising.

The site sets no cookies unless you agree to analytics. If you do, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits. If you say no thanks, nothing is set and nothing is sent.

We also store small notes in your browser to remember your choice, and to remember that you have closed a notice. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.

We do not sell your information, and we never pass it to anyone for marketing. We use trusted companies to run the site and send our email, and they only handle your information on our behalf.

We keep newsletter subscribers until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. We keep review messages for as long as we need them to deal with your feedback, and normally no longer than two years.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we will sort it out.
