Yavi
Hand-painted, art-inspired prints on traditional Indian textiles.
The story
Yavi was founded in New Delhi in 2016 by textile designer Yadvi Agarwal, to celebrate traditional Indian handloom in a modern way. Its prints often draw on impressionist art, and many are painted by hand.
The label works with natural fabrics and local artisans, and upcycles wherever it can. Look out for its sister label, Raga.
